Business Suite Privacy Policy

Please review this updated Privacy Policy carefully before using any of our services that link to this Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy covers BestCompany.com, LLC’s (“Best Company”) Business Suite platform (“Business Suite”) and all its applications which allows companies listed on Best Company’s review website: bestcompany.com (“Best Company Website”) to generate customer reviews on the Best Company Website. This Privacy Policy applies to personally identifying information submitted by businesses to the Business Suite platform and other information about customers collected by third parties and submitted to the Business Suite platform. Personally identifying information may include, for example, your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, username and password, and demographic information.

FOR BUSINESS USERS
All business users (“Users”) use of the Business Suite is subject to the Business Suite Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Condition”) in addition to this Privacy Policy. Users must register to use the Business Suite and agree to the Terms and Conditions. All customer information submitted to Business Suite must be submitted and maintained in compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

1. Information Collected from Users

User may provide different types of information to us when a User access various content or features, post reviews or ratings, directly contact us, or otherwise interact with our websites, mobile sites or mobile applications, including: Contact information such as business name, personal name, email address, mailing address, phone number, mobile number, User name and password

Information we collect automatically. We may collect certain information automatically, including through the use of cookies (see below), web beacons, and other technologies. This information may include the following:

  • Your browser and mobile device type, operating system and name of your Internet service provider
  • Web pages you visit
  • Geo-location information

However, by submitting your information to our websites, you grant Best Company and any third-party affiliates or subsidiaries of Best Company the right to use that information for marketing purposes, and agree to receive email marketing from our website. We may maintain separate email lists for different purposes.

We may share your information with third party service providers who help us with specialized services, such as mail and e-mail distribution, mobile messaging, website hosting, monitoring of user reviews and ratings, digital publishing, and analytics. Best Company may collect personal contact information about you from third parties such as:

5. Use of Customer Information

Information we collect is used for the sole purpose of generating reviews of third-party products and services on the Best Company Website.
